Baker returns to CTIA to take top job

Former FCC commissioner has long career in telecommunications industry Baker Comcast lobbyist and former Federal Communications Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker will be the next president and CEO of CTIA—The Wireless Association, the group announced April 23.
